Attatched ADU

Milpitas, California: This project adds a 156 SF addition to an existing single-family home for a new bathroom, closet, and entry hallway, alongside a new 372 SF attached ADU featuring a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and great room. The renovation includes a raised floor foundation, new front porch, electric appliances, a 40-gallon water heater, and a mini-split system for modern comfort. Exterior finishes are updated with Class ‘A’ shingles and three-layer stucco to seamlessly match the existing home.
